2024 SPRING HOCKEY PROGRAMS

Groups:​

• 2016-2018 Group - $525: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45-5:45pm (12 Sessions)

• 2013-2015 Group - $575: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:45-5:45pm (12 Sessions)

• 2011-2012 Group - $625: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm (12 Sessions)

• +  Weekly Dryland Training - 7:30-8:15pm (12 Sessions)

• 2007-2010 Group - $475 Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00-8:15pm (12 Sessions)

• **This group is a 3v3 game every ice session. Not a skill session like the other groups that are listed.**

Program will teach:

•    High speed turns, pivots, and agility
•    Stick handling and net drives
•    On-ice vision and awareness
•    High performance passing
•    Dynamic balance and edge control
•    Speed with the puck
•    First step explosiveness
